Sponsorship enable our district to offset the extreme costs we incur during our yearly tournaments.
Sponsorships will help cover the costs associated with our yearly tournaments. Some items include : player pins, team awards, volunteer meals and any field related costs that come up with each tournament as well as needed supplies to run our district throughout the year.
District 28 has 2 big tournaments in the spring, the D28 Tournament of Champions in which winners of the local leagues compete in all division of competitive play and the Little League International Tournament in which the local leagues form their team in the hopes of making it to the international tournaments , some of which are televised on ESPN. D28 also plans on setting up a couple of tournaments in the fall as part of the SoCal District Travel Ball program.
District 28 offers 3 Season Sponsorships opportunities :
- HOME RUN Sponsors ($5k/year): are featured with a banner at each our 8 local league fields (where possible) , our website, social media outlets and are provided additional opportunities such as logo placement and/or named event ( Tournament ) sponsor.
- Platinum Sponsor ($3k/year): are featured on our district and local league websites, social media as well as allowed to have a banner at one of our tournaments.
- Gold Sponsor ($1.5k/year): are featured on our district and local leagues websites as well as all social media outlets.
